Payment Policy – Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order pieces have a production time of 20 to 30 business days, counted from the confirmation of the initial payment.

To begin production, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required at the time of purchase. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or collection of the piece.

This deposit serves as a commitment to the order, as each piece is custom-made and specially crafted to order, and therefore cannot be canceled once production has started.
