CUSTOM ORDER & SHIPPING
Production of custom pieces takes 15–30 days (sometimes less, depending on the model).
Remeber js is made by julia with amor and a piece special made for you. Shipping is not included.
International orders: shipped via DHL, 5–10 days depending on the country.
EU orders: usually shipped via CTT, delivery times may vary.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange policy applies only to items damaged due to production.
Please choose your jewellery piece with care and attention, as each item is handmade with love.
Pieces are created from wax and then cast, so minor imperfections may occasionally occur.
If you believe your item is defective, please send photos and, if necessary, send the piece for inspection.
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for change of mind or for choosing a different piece.

We will respond within 24 hours.
ATTENTION
We always advise our clients, before placing an order, to confirm their correct ring size at a jewellerry store using a ring sizer.
This ensures the correct measurement and avoids surprises.
Please note that JS can not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
Orders are produced according to the size provided by the client, and any issues arising from an incorrect size are the responsibility of the buyer.
In case you had a mistake the shipping and the work to fix is responsibiliry of the client.
